I need to collect repeat prescriptions of myself and my wife. Firstly, they never find your prescriptions in first go and they are not trying to improve their systems. For a repeat prescription collection, they usually take 30 to 45 minutes and dont tell you that its going to take that long. Always say, we are dependent on back staff. No apologies, very rude attitude. Horrible service!!!Immediate attention required from top management to improve the service and replace some staff with good professional and friendly staff.
A lady who works there called Leigh, is an absolute diamond, she can't do enough for you and I feel many people stay with this pharmacy due to her excellent customer service. She makes you feel like you are part of her family. Can't praise her enough.

Rubbish service I got home and was about to take my medication to realise I was given a 72 year olds tables. When brought it back no apologise just given back mine and said they only have half I must come back in a couple of days. I was not given the option of taking my prescription ells where. As for their electric precaution service from the doctors dont bother they eaither dont have in stock what your given or they can never find your prescription
