Friendly staff, not expensive and the staff will go out of there way to make sure you don't leave without the parts you need

After shopping at this once great local shop, apparently the shop changed hand in April 2018, if you purchased any item under guarantee they now have no obligation to you as a customer!! Some new owner is the most pompous little man I have ever come across, even lied and said this was no longer the discount car spares, however after checking companies house, no change has been raised to the name of the shop, therefore should honour reciept proof faulty good prior to new owners purchase, unless he is illegally trading?Sorry to say one face still familiar and feel for him thank you and how you put up with that most rude man is beyond comprehension!I will NEVER Shop at this once lovely local place to go and see a friendly face or help and advice has gone, and to say its not an improvement is a understatementA J Ellis
